How do I return an item?

All orders looking for a return or exchange must be done via mail.

Please contact clubshop@seacoastunited.com to inquire about returning an item. Items must be in their original condition with tags still attached. Returns will be processed for an exchange on an item of equal value, or for a refund in the amount paid for the returned item. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card billing statement.

When returning by mail, please include your packing slip and/or original order number. Returns/exchanges should be mailed to:

When looking to exchange an item, please include the size needed in your email, and include a check payable to "Seacoast United" for $5 to cover additional shipping charges.
